How to send photo by email:

If you don't know how to send a photo by email please read on. The photograph must be in digital form so you will have to import your photograph into a computer via a scanner, camera or whatever other way then save the photo to a folder on your hard drive, make sure you know where you saved it! The size of your photo is better to be A4 format. From the smaller size it is not a problem the digital draw to be made but it would not have same effect when you print it, For size of the file not to be too big it is better to save your photo in JPG format. To do that follow the next steps:

In your photo editing software click on 'file' up in the toolbar, then click on 'open' and scroll for the name of your photo and click 'open'. When you photo comes up click on 'file' again and then on 'save as'. You can save your photograph into the 'My documents' folder if you like or you can create a folder yourself. Staying in the same dialogue box, look for save as type and click the little arrow to the right of this. Scroll down till you find either JPEG (preferred), and click on these format. Type a name for your photograph in the file name box and then click on save. You have now saved your photograph in a JPEG format. You now know how to save and send a photo in your email correctly.
